• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. If a valid balance exists, you will have the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

• For bets missed due to internet disconnection.
